structure,
systems(policies & procedures)
individual needs & values
task requirements, skill, abilities.
it has processes like
mgt practices
work unit climate
motivation
individual & org performance.
2. transformational chng is 2nd ordr chng.
it has elements like
mission & strategy
org culture
processes like
external environment
leadership
ind & org performance.
u can also refer book on OD by French, Bell & Vohra.

Even I was about to exactly suggest what our friend above has suggested. Truly apt suggestion. This model also very clearly and technically explain these concepts. OD books will also contain a few more models on these topics. Both types of leaderships are needed but the emphasis on transformational leadership (change orientation due to ever dynamic external environment) is very important and imperative.
