I need some suggestions i want to make monthly expense sheet of a company and don't have format ....and moreover what should be included in company expenses ???? I want to know about that list of expenses.?

This will help you in Reporting as well. You can have Monthwise & Itemwise G. Total as per your requirement.

No., Name, Father's Name, DOB, Local Address, Permanent address, DOJ, Educational Qualification, Technical Qualification, Designation (Functional/Compliance), Previous Employer Detail, Two reference, PAN, Pasport No., Bank Detail, Nominee, Salary Breakup, Reporting Manager, Place/Location of Work, Department etc.
You can even add more points and customize the above as per requirement. But before implementing/working on that take your Management/HOD consent on the issue.
