Dear Sir,
I have already crossed more than 12 years and not withdrawn my PF yet. Recently, when I planned to do so, I realized that there is a small mistake in my PF A/c name and Bank A/c Name- My name on Bank A/c is Subhash Deo Hiwase and PF A/c Name is Subash Deo Hiwase (only one "a" is missing). Requesting to know - Is this going to have a rejection problem while withdraw will be submitted? Or to avoid the rejection what best to be done. Looking forward. Regards - Subhash

Don't worry. kindly ask to your previous company HR to submit letter stating that due to some clerical mistake details of employee was sent wrongly. and they have to submit one ID proof of your actual name and same shall be sent to concern dept with attested; and mentioning that, i am sending you the original and actual details of employee. he have to sent also again form-5 and Form-10 where he will have to write your correct data.
so no need to panic.

Dear Friend,
In this case you need to approach your previous employer who will draft "Name Correction Letter" to PF Department duly signed by you and authorised signatory of your previous company and submit the same to the PF authority along with your ID Proof.
You will get your PF withdrawal without any problem.
