Dear all.
Plz help me to solve this question ?
Probation Staff will get his bonus or not ?
Mr. XYZ his joining is 01.01.2007. so Jan to Mar 07 3 months bonus he will get or not ?
As per law the minimum days of his duty is some thing then after he will get bonus on diwali time .
suggest me.

Dear Friend, Those who have worked for more than 30 days in the accounting year then he is automatically eligible for bonus. Regards Vijay

No on Probation the Company is not liable to pay bonus
But as per law if an employee works 30 days he is eligible for Bonus.
If in Appointment letter it has been mentioned that you will be entitled for Bonus or LTA after confirmation then Company may not pay.
