Hi Friends,
I am recently got selected in an MNC as an executive in training and development,however now my responsibility includes many things,one among them is to keep the display board in cafetaria full of thoughts,stories,quiz and many more things by which employees will actually start reading it nd will enjoy..since many days this board was not updated so nobody pays attention to it..I need ur help with some creative and full of activites in it..please tell me how do i decorate the board and grab the emp attention.

Hi Mukta,
I think u should start with one motivational thought , safety thought and one humour.
It will attract the attention of all employees then u change in to knowledgeable item .
Add current business crisis or any current big news. It will help them to touch with current news.
You can also add some quiz which increase team building.
And so moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Hi Mukta,
I am very much interested in this type of profiles, I think you should decorate your board with thoughts which is more or less related to work atmosphere and also put on the pictures of team building, colleagues at work place, seminars and carry out quiz which really create enthusiasm in employees...... at one side you can also update the board with current scenario of the market or any new thing about your organization.

Hi!!
You can make a section of the display board like a blog---whr anyone and everyone can put up any snippet/report/comment----give the employees a free hand. let them feel its their board. take it from me they will have a blast!! but do not expect all to take it to it like a fish takes to water....give them time
Another Section can be devoted to snaps---family, official,childhood memories---you can collect these and change them every month--give a comment on each from your side to make it more interesting--if there are many employees put up the snaps of them by rotation.
Being into training and dev myself I hav intro these two ideas in my office and let me assure u that it has been a succees.
