Dear 'citehr' members.it is often observed many members are asking about the pension benefits of EPF pensioners as per EPS1995 pension norms when they have worked under EFPS 1971 nd under EPS1995 and having more than 10years PF paid membership and retiring at the age of 58 years. As per the Reference Law book.(1)commercial's EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONBS ACT,1952

alongwith Employees pension Scheme,1995 published bySri:R. A.Garg ,

Bare act 2002 &(2)Employees Pension scheme of 1995 one brochure published by former R.P.F.Commissioner of NEWDELHI nd then in KARNATAKA during 1997-99 clearly state that such a member is eligible for QUANTUM of pension under EPS1995 norms for the ACTUAL or PENSIONABLE SERVICE PENSION by a Formula Rs:5000XActual service/70 as and Quantum of pension under EFPS1971 as PAST SERVICE PENSION as per 3 slabs namely Rs:500/P.M for their 24 years PAST service for who are 53 years nd moreyeras on 15-11-95 old on 15-11-1995 nd Rs:600/P.m for their 24 years past services for who are between48 nd 52 on 15-11-95 nd Rs;800/P.m for their 24 years of Past services for who are below 48 years old on 15-11-95 AND PROPORTIONATELY LESS FOR LESSER THAN 24 YEARS PAST SERVICES BUT MINIMUM past SERVICE PENSION Rs335/p.m,Rs:438/P.m &rs:6325/p.m is prescribed for the 3 ages as amentioned above. These truth is hidden by E.P.F.Orgn of India can be seen.Additionally PAST SERVICE BENEFIT under EFPS 1971 also is eligible to an EPF pensioner prepared asper one chart nd age nd salary on 15-11-1995.This factorXfigure on TABLE-B is the PAST SERVICE BENEFIT.Aggregate of all these three items will give the Monthly Pension of an EPF pensioner. But due to NON-COMPLIANCE of EPS1995 norms by the E.P.F.Orgn poor EPF pensioners are not getting theabove 3 pension benefits.citehr can verify this truth nd help innocent EPF pensioners who are getting lesser than minimum pension Rs:600/P.m due to wrong nd distorted EPS95 pension norms. Some experts in citehr may verify this truth nd help poor victims of epf pensioners.

Dear citehr members. When all the state Govt nd central govt pensioners are getting handsome monthly pension nd yearly or two yearly revision of pension and interim relief medical nd other many benefits poor EPF pensioners are getting monthly pension below the prescribed amount RS:600/P.m without any ANNUAL ACTUAREAL VALUATION or interim relief nor D.A rise nor any other benefita as others are getting.Upto the year 2000 EPF pensioners were getting Some 4%interim relief or DA rise but afterwards no DA rise nor interim relief or nothing else.from the retirement date 31-10-2000 to till this day some EPF pensioners are getting RS:333/P.m as EPF pension as a consolidated figure for their day nd night shift work for their 16-to 30 years of service. No asker nor teller. No court nor no HR to help those poor EPF victims in india.as many EPf pensioners do not know the EPS1995 norms they are living nd dying without getting their eligible monthly pension.if any citehr members can help poor EPF pensioners they may help them legally and on humanitarion background. One of the EPf pensioner nd citehr member.
