Dear Seniors
Recently I received a mail regarding Ex- Employment Verification form HR Department of some company.
They are asking for some details to verify and also attached some documents like; Relieving letter of our company.
Problem is we don;t know that particular person, he is not an employee of our company not in past not in present, but he used our company logo with letter head to show his relieving letter with fraud sign of MD.
What action should i take and what i can reply to that particular company??
Plz suggest!!

You should not hesitate to write the facts of the case.
The matter of fraud signature of MD should be informed to MD and find out whether he/she would like to lodge a case of forgery against the person.
The person has adopted wrong path to secure a job and such people need to be exposed and punished or at least pulled up in strong manner.
But you need to take great care in checking details/old records etc.
Your information can lead him to even jail for forgery.
