Dear Team,
My husband is working in a Japnaese company from last 5.5 years. Previously he used to get increment letter in January every year. But now on they have started delaying it as much as possbile. In year 2015, the company has given him 6% hike. the increment letter was given to him on 28 March 2015. the date on the letter is 13th January 2015. He signed the letter with a note that he is not satisfied with the hike. He is planning to leave the company. since he wrote a note on the increment letter as not satisfied, his increment is on hold. he is of the hope that he will get the letter after discussion with the management on next monday i.e. 13th April 2015. If he accepts that letter in the evening via signing on the same and then and there put a resign in that company. will he be eligible to get the arrears from january 2015 to till date with regard to hike accepted by him on 13th April 2015.
thanks
