i understood your question....
See in many companies the grades are allotted as follows:-
Level 1: Management Trainees
Level 2: Officers
Level 3: Executives / Sr. Officers
Level 4: Asst. Managers
Level 5: Managers
Level 6: Divisional Managers / Assistant General Managers
Level 7: Deputy General Managers / General Managers
Also please note that in most of the organisations, VP, Sr. VP, President and CEO comes under EU (this is the grade allotted in our company)
Also please note that the above grades are from my company....

Hello friends
I have recently joined a manufacturing firm . I want to design the grading system for the same. Please help me out with the same. The various roles to be taken into consideration are as follows :
Head of Department
Sr. Engineer
Jr. Engineer
Fitters
supervisors
helpers
Shift incharge
Production Engineers
Security Officers
Sr. Administration
The departments are as follows:
Civil Department
Mechanical Department
Administration
Security Department
Please help me with the grading system for the same . The purpose of my grading system will be basically for recruiting new candidates for a particuar grade.
