i worked in a company A for 1.5 years they didn't deduct pf. later i switched to a company B where i worked for 3months they provide pf and i got UAN no also. now i joined a company C without taking releiving from company B. Now this current company asked me to fill form 11 for pf where i cannot show previous employment pf details as emplyor C didn't know about B. so is it possible to generate new UAN no or employer C will come to know about B. I have given different mobile no this time?

Dear soumitra,
If you give other mobile no to your c company employer it does not matter for them, Your c company can know your name through pf establishment search if you give them your company name , c company can know your pf status of your company b
If you give pf account no of company b to your c company they can know your uan no. They can know your experience tenure of previous job through this . They can self activate your uan no after search so if you dont provide uan or pf account to current employer but they can search it if you have any query regarding this please feel free contact me

Hello Saumitra and Ruchika ,
I am also in a similar situation and want to understand the implications that followed. Do the new employer go into verification details using UAN number and created issues in new employment. Can we some how get the PF account detail of company B get removed from our UAN account.
Thanks

Guys.... Relax.. .....
Your UAN number is linked with your BANK Account Number..
If you create a new bank account number, A new UAN number will be generated, provided you shouldn't provide your previous UAN number with your previous employer to the new employer.
So, if you don't want your new employer to know your previous organisation's UAN number. Simply open a new bank account number, and give them the new bank account number.
@harpreet singh. Sir.. please let the Indian hardworking citizens breath peacefully, instead of putting strain on them by providing fictional information. And I request you to provide an information out of research and analysis.

Bullshit! It's not about bank account number it's about PAN card number, which is compulsary for all bank account. SO, evem if you open new account, PAN will remain the same and so UAN history
