Dear Yusuf,
What is your service condition? Whether you are eligible for such leave or not is a matter of service condition. Perhaps overtime payment could be one compensation. But check service condition

FRSR rules are applicable to employees of our organization. Leave Rules as applicable to Central Government employees are being followed. Presently, Overtime Allowance (OTA) is not being paid to any employee, but Compensatory leave is being granted. As per existing rule, OTA will not be paid to Superintendent Cadre holding pay limit above Rs.2,200/- p.m. (pre-revised), which is now as given below:-
Rs.2200 -----> Rs.6800 (as per 5th P.C.) ------------> Rs.12650 (as per 6th P.C.)
