What exactly do you want to know ? Maybe many members are releuctant to share their experience?..
Typically- if i were to interview HR with 2 yrs of exp-then would check the following:-
understanding of the basics of HR processes..
Ability to see the larger picture of the management
Quick on feet in reacting to situations
Creative approaches to problems..
Most importantly the eager to learn more & positive attitude and character as well..

4.ur motivation techniques by giving u some case studies
5. ur way of approach i.e's +ve thinking to various situations.
my advice is be +ve and confident and keep ur face smiley always ok be brave ok if they ask any question think from different directions and tell answer think +vely thats what i am stressing

well i guess the first and foremost thng would be how well is the candidate able to communicate , is the individual confident , is the individual charismatic, a quick thinker and yes does the individual have an inclination towards growth and learning , is he /she humorous , and a team player and yes above all does the individual have good knowledge on the subject HR& a positive attitude ....

You are absolutely right Srikanth. +ve attitude is a very important thing for any person. Other than that, that person should be able to communicate properly with all other employees of the organization. Because HR plays a very important role in an organization. He / She should be able to solve the problems of the employees and make them feel that we are there for them. Apart from this, all other things have already been mentioned by Rajat and others.
