Present Special allowance 94.80 paise per day
W E F Gujarat Govt Declared Rs 87.00 per day for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015

Hi.
As per my opinion they will increase the Minimum wage rate from 1st April 2015, Which was already opposed by groups of employers in the month of March 2014.might that is the reason to decrease the special allowance figures.

We fall in category of Engineering Unit who have engage more than 50 employees so whatever minimum wage applicable to us that the same rate applicable to House Keeping boy according to your reply.
So my question is what is reason they have separate HK minimum wage separate in notification.
