Dear Sir,
I just have some queries about hiring and compensation for casual labours, our labour 33 No.s is working under a contractor who is making compliance of 100% statutory requirement, but due to some extra work like loading and unloading we need hire some extra casual labour which was available on wages basis, how can we ensure any compensation for them as the labour was not regular, if I suppose name"X" is present today it might be possible that Mr. X will not come again in coming 3 months, is it possible to do some thing for compensation of casual labor like this?
