Hello,
I left my previous organisation that has PF trust. I have filled up Form 13 and got it signed from authorised signatory of my present organisation and forwarded to my previous organisation. But now they are not processing my PF transfer form stating that i have not attached covering letter from my present employer along with Form 13.
How can i get my PF transferred from PF trust to EPFO with out a covering letter? Is it a standard procedure to attach covering letter along with form 13?
Regards,

Dear Jimmy,
Can i suggest you to apply for PF Transfer in Online Mode. The procedure is simple and your previous employer ( Trust ) will be prompted to effect the transfer.
I guess you have to check eligibility for 'online transfer' and you if you are eligible you will have to mention your Pension A/c No. with the previous employer, as Exempted Establishments ( i.e. companies having pvt. pf Trust ) only maintain Pension no. with RPFC.
Alternatively,
Covering letter is not part of the standard procedure but certainly most acceptable method. You may send transfer request with a suitable covering letter from your present employer to Previous Employer or RPFC of Previous employer.
