Please also update me regarding the decision Govt. has taken. I read the news that the Govt. has taken some decision yesterday to amend Labour Laws but do not all the decision and Googling since morning to know the decision.

I hope there is a difference between amendment and rule, a amendment is a proposal, till the government is taking over it is not require to fallow or implement. can you just comment on the applicability of an amendment.

Dear HR Fraternity,
The queriest in this thread asked for notification on amendment in Labour Laws. So far more than 245 viewers & 5 replies to the queriest but there is not a single attempt in a direction to give specific answer.
I am very sorry to say it. I am compelled to say it. This is the Forum of HR Fraternity. HR Fraternity is supposed to be Experts / All Rounders. But after reading such thread, I feel ashamed myself. I am again sorry to say it.
Though it is a open forum, it should not mean that any member is free to reply without applying his / her mind. Rather I would suggest, if I don't know the correct answer, I should keep quiet.
The site administrators should take a note of my feelings. Why experts in the Fraternity are not participating in the Forum?
I am aware, the members will not like my this post.
Lastly, I would give correct and specific answer to queriest as under:
The cabinet only cleared the proposals. The proposals will be presented before both the houses and then President of India will give accent to it. Amended Laws will be made applicable only on Gazetted Notification.

What is rule, when it has to be implement in a organisation. Understand what it was mentioned no need to give unnecessary comments. I know what are all the boundaries are there to
