Dear Sir,
I have got a contract from a government school in Haryana for 25 employees. I am suppose to give them 25 teachers on contract. I want to know if I am suppose to deduct ESI from these employees as the principal employer in this case is exempted since place of work is a government school. Also I need a list of non implemented area if ESI applicable
Kindly reply asap.

Dear Arun,
you can check for the list at the esic web site for non implemented areas; incase the employees placed a non implemented area then you need not deduct, however you need to enroll your organizations and file the returns also notify the local office that list of employees are deputed at non implemented area.
