Hi,
I worked at an MNC as a fresher for 6 months, later which I broke the bond because i was financially weak then and absconded for educational purpose. Now after a year, I understand what I have done is wrong and decided to mail a letter of forgiveness, clear the bond amount and collect my separation certificates with a clean remark.
Would they give me my certificates without any negative remarks?

Greetings,
Your chances are thin. You can get the relieving document but might risk a remark of leaving under no notice. However, if you can request on the humanitarian grounds, they might still consider.
Please remain clear of the reason why it was not possible for you to even inform she you left.
Expect friction and remain supportive. Speak to your reporting manager and seek help.
Wish you all the best

What made you feel like you can still avail your 'separation certificate' by them?
What is the purpose and reason behind taking this decision?
Is that you are scared 'background verification' because you'r going to appear in any interview?
"There is a reason behind everything, every decision" and that I believe you must share with us, so that, the proper guidance you can seek from the community which will benefit you professionally and help you in making a good career and a good professional.
It is good that you have realization of what you have done and hope that you have learned something from this too and wont every try to repeat the same.
About your chances to get your "Relieving Certificate", you must not expect any kind of assistance because you are an absconded employee and professionally
Three things in life that, once gone, never come back = Time : Words : Opportunity
Take care of them
