I the undersigned working in MIDC Shiroli Kolhapur I am confused whether my company comes under Zone I or Zone III
My company is not coming under municipal area of kolhapur & we are paying Tax (GharFala) to gram panchayat shiroli, so can I consider that I am not in municipal area so my company come under Zone III
or
My company comes under 20 kilometer redius of municipal corporation but we are not paying any tax to municipal corporation, only because it is comin under 20 km redius of municipal corporation can I consider my company comes under zone I
I need your valuable suggestion for above.
