If any of the members working as an HR from an FMCG background i would like to know certain aspects as follows:
1. I am currently in an IT firm and wanting to switch to an FMCG segment or industry primarily to experience a different setup altogether.
2. What is the typical environment like in the company is it as open and communicative as IT companies are?
3. What is the kind of salary once can expect for a 4-5 yrs experienced professional in HR?
4. What is their Leave system? What kind of Salary Structure do they implement? Is is same that is practised in IT companies?
These are some of apprehensions that i would like to clear if some one has an experience in working in a FMCG company i would appreciate if they could share it.
