I am having a doubt so kindly help me.In our company one person left the company with out proper intimation. I deposited the salary in his A/C on 1st only for our company pf is there so i deducted the the pf amount and gave the salary .Now he is asking me to pay his pf amount pf ac are not at opened we sent the applications.
Now tell me that whether the company has to pay his money are not .He joined in another company & then he called &told he is not going to come to office .He didn't send any resignation letter until i asked him. Now tell me what to do ? my management is not ready to pay him because he didn't intimate properly.
So, please tell me what to do .

tell yr employee.... where is his regination letter & acceptance of that letter by hr. next u write him termination letter with the help of the management.
as per co rule if employee is leaving without intimation, company has enough right to sattle his money again notice period & for such behaviour. He can't leave company without intimating anybody. mean while u also request your account department to calucutlate his sattlement wheather u have pay him or company have to claim certain amount from him. on that basis u draft your letter to him.... & teach him a lesson.
