Hello Seniors,

My self Rutvi Khandwala, working with an IT company at ahmedabad, Gujarat

I need your help to draft an email about PF and ESI Announcement.

Here is the matter:

Our current strength is now 40 employees, and we have hired a consultant for PF and ESI.

He has guided us very well about these both, and now we need to inform our employees about this. For that i need to send an email to the team with the details about PF and ESI.

As current employees salary has already been offered , company have decided that company will bear ESI amount and for PF we shall deduct both share of employee and employers from their salary. As salary packages are too high in it companies, employer can not bear extra amount apart from their salary. So we have to convince our employees to deduct share of both from their salary.

We have very few employees, whose salaries are below 15k, so company will pay their ESI and for PF we want to make it as an option, we shall let employees know the benefits of that and if they want them not to avail this benefit and exempt themselves, That is fine.

Can you please help me with drafting an email for this

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Rutvi Khandwala

Dear member,
With reference to your remarks above, please confirm whether your consultant on EPF matters has advised your company "for PF we shall deduct both share of employee and employers from their salary".
In my opinion, it will be more better if you/your establishment prepare the proposed draft of said e-mail at your level and let the members see the same and offer their comments. Whether it will be proper for any other person to prepare a draft for a company, to which he is not connected at all?.
