C/Off & EL should be dealt with separately. If an employee work on a weekly-off or on a holiday (atleast for 6 hours of work)
he will be entitled for one day c/off. As a general policy, c/off should be availed within two months from the date of his working
on a weekly-off day or on a holiday. C/off will not accumulated for future year or it can not be encashed.
These are the general guideines followed. But some minor changes are seen, depending on personnel/HR policy
from company to company.
