Dear pujari,
ho and brach employees are different in view of labour laws. Location of employment is taken in to consideration. Employees placement differs from one branch to another regarding working hours, holidays, hra, etc.

Dear Mr Pujari,
Labour Laws like any other law, requires that the branch follow the laws of the location where it is situated.
Eg: If you head office is in Bombay, but branch is in Vizag - the rules of Vizag are to be followed for the Vizag branch, and Bombay office needs to follow Rules of Bombay.
The Primary guidelines are same, but the minor points, amts are different from state to state; example the minimum wage is different from state to state.
Hope this helps.

To be more specific, I may say that the Head Office and all the branches will have to report compliance uniformly as far as Central Acts are applicable but to abide by the State Acts also where ever the branches are situated.
Some Central Acts can be complied with through Head Office including employees of branch offices, if permitted by the competent authorities.

Dear Team ,
i would like to solve about your doubt because of i view all your comments like that discussed about compliance its related Labour LAW actually first we have to knows about company registration under Factories act or shops or establishment act. so this is basically we have to find the company status and organization level also because of know a days the Establishment office or else Co-operate office handling the all the unit level so its depends upon co-operate level admin policy unit level they have to follow . its depends upon Company registration act and your company standing order also including .so finally you have to follow your head office terms and condition in your work place.i think for this discussion enough now .
Thanks & Regards.

Subject - Re: Branch offices and labour laws
Dear Friend,
It appears from your query that you have branch offices in different states and you want to know as to whether you require to comply with labour laws for branch offices.
In response to your query, I am to state that you are bound to comply with labour laws as applicable for your branch offices. You are to find out appropriate state & central Acts as may be applicable for your respective branch offices located in various locations / states.

Dear Dattatraya,You have raised one liner question but it is difficult to aswer in one line. In brief Labor Law is the body of laws, administrative rulings, and precedents which address the relationship between and among employers, employees, and organizations. When it comes to conduct business operations at the branch offices or head office, it is it is very important to adhere to the statutory regulation as per the state & central act of the resecpective location.
Suggest to spend some time in reading & learning acts like Contract & labour (R&A), Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment & Wages Act, PF Act,ESI Act etc. etc....
