Hi,
Can you please help me drafting a complaint letter to an employee for his indiscipline and unprofessional behavior in office?
Its been a month he is not following the rules and regulations properly and moreover provoking other employees to raise unnecessary issues against the company. Since, its a real estate company and the employee is good in generating revenue and meeting up his targets therefore, we just want to issue him a warning letter and want him to apologize for his mistakes.
Kindly help!
