What you exactly require, I mean do you require the format of the resignation letter, or you want a letter to be drafted and address to the HR for the solution, please let the forum know so as to advise

Just put in a normal resignation letter stating person reasons. add a line - the late working hours, which often extends to 11 pm is a security hazard for me and is a contributing factor to my resignation.
But in reality, it is not necessary for you to put any reason for resignation.
you can just explain when HR calls you and asks for a reason.

Apart from what Mr. Banerjee has advised, I would rather suggest to send a grievance letter to the HR, with regards to late sitting till 11 pm and being a lady you require the company to drop you at your residence safely by a cab alongwith a security. If the company denies you then it would be appropriate to take further action from your end.
Last but not the least, for your resignation format please refer the below link you will find the format, kindly make amendment as per your requirement.

Hi Manpreet,
If you understand your work responsibility and acc. to you it can't be manage with the appropriate timing then speak to your HR about your security due to timing issue. For late working hours company should provide Cab facility with security. Just try to fix a grievance session and put your part in front of HR. if you didn't find any solution then search new profile and give your resignation as in simple way without any reason. As my friends already mentioned the way. Resignation is the final step. before that you can mention your issue soon as possible.

As advised by majority of members , resignation should be the last resort . As per security guidelines issued by Delhi Police , employer must make necessary security arrangements , in case a Woman employee requires to work this late . It includes provision of company cab with a security guard or a male colleague accompanying
as the last drop.

hi Manpreet,
It seems that you were very much disturbed from this profile. so you gave resignation. well its quite fine. just take approval of this letter. because somewhere you mentioned that you are ready to serve your notice period. instead of this if you mention that your notice period will start from so and so date. that will start your notice period. now here HR can take a bit time to approve it and then he'll allow you to start your notice period. or also he will take it as a final and will start your period by the same date. so speak to your HR personally regarding this. wish you luck for your future.

Dear HR,
I really appreciate all of yours response. Yes, I do personally talk to the HR (Who was also supposed to leave and my manager also), they also told good luck for your future and want to retain me, but for the secuity point I deny them and due to late salay after 16th of next month are the major reasons.
I really thank you all for your response.
