Hi Kalpana,
You can do the various courses being offered by MEC HR.
The course by National Academy on Payroll is not good. My colleague has opted for the course and its been 1 year and the institute has failed to complete the course
Thanks

Kalpana, hello. You have already done Masters in HRM and hence in my opinion, you don't need to do any HR-related courses. As for payroll processes, I won't really suggest that as it's just a data-entry type of work and you dont exactly need an additional course after doing masters.
As your interest lies in counselling etc, you can look at getting degrees in psychology. Becoming a trainer, or a certified professional of various psychometric tests can be looked at. Also, what mattters right now is your aim. If you just want to earn some money while you're home then you can take up work from home kind of recruitment projects. Hope I have given some useful inputs.
