Dear Keralite HR Fraternities,
I am working in one of retail chain company in South India based in Chennai. We have some showrooms in Kerala. We are planning to close one of the store. But, our employees are asking four month salary. I argued that as per I.D. act we can pay one month notice pay and fifteen days salary for every year which they served along with EL encahment and Bonus. But employees are telling that as per Kerala act we have to pay four month salary along with Bonus and EL encahment.
Can anyone guide the Kerala Procedure?
