Dear All,
Recently I gave a presentation to Corporate regarding Attrition and it's remedies and got appreciated for my effort. Though I removed the statistical data from the slides but still want to share my slides for students / professionals for further reference or study. My study includes inputs from feedback, employee engagements, counseling, psychological attributes and attrition related data.
Feel free to share your inputs and mail me for any query.

Dear Arijit,
Your presentation is good. I would like to add one point i.e. Behaviour of bosses is also a big factor for attrition in an organisation. It has been reported by studies that 81% attrition is because of bad bosses in companies.
HR neds to work a lot on shaping managers behaviours also.
Hope you agree and i hope i have made a valid point.
Request all seniors to share their views as well.
