I am working in a Start-Up Organisation. Would like to get inputs from you, as to what should be the areas of concern or priority that I should concentrate upon.
Hence I would like to know "What are the Major Challenges Faced In Start-Up Organisations"

Hi Prachi,
The area of concern which you may select now would be---
1. Check whether you have crossed the strength above 20, then it is required to register your organisation with PF and ESI Acts.
2. Registration with PT Act.
3. Preparation of Monthly Information System related with Manpower.
4. Preparation of Leave Policy.
5. Standard Salary structure preparation
6. Personal dosier of every employee with zerox copy of all details
7. Some motivational activities, like B'day celebration, incentives rules and others
8. Attendance Management
9. Payroll preparation and maintenance of all leaves
10. Registration completion if any required.
Hope, these are sufficient ideas to move forward for a newly set-up organisation.. and while moving ahead you will get a number of ideas in your mind.
Wish U All D Best.
Regards,
Amit Seth.
