A employee get Basic + Da is Rs.12000/- then how to calculate the bonus for that employee as per act 8.33 who are get basic + da is below Rs.10000/- then he get bonus Rs.8400/- let clarified

whatever be the salary, minimum (8.33%) bonus will not cross Rs. 3500; as per the existing Bonus Act. Abbas.P.S

Here, I've got query regarding the benchmark of INR 3500. Suppose an employee have a gross salary of 20000 then will he be eligible for bonus or not.
Will INR 3500 be the maximum amount as a bonus any employee will get.

An employee with salary Rs 12000 pm ( basic+da ) is not eligible for bonus as per the Act,
An employee with salary of Rs 10000/-pm will get Rs 3500/- as minimum bonus if he has no LWP.(@ 8.33%)
