Hi Guys,
My interest in wildlife photography gives me an opportunity to observe animal behaviours from many angles. Here are some of the experiences/learnings from Wild, which gave me more clearer insight about the way Best Teams work.
Please do share your feedback.
Thanks,

Hello Nitin
I admire you for being a passionate animal lover.I appreciate you for sharing the beautiful photos of the mischievous monkeys. But I commend you for the effort which you have shown to transfer the wisdom of animal life in wild jungles to the corporate life in concrete jungles.Yes the three questions are relevant. There are lessons to be learnt from these wild animals. Most importantly, the lesson of sustaining unity in diversity to combat adversity. Now managing diversity at workplace is therefore assuming greater significance to harmonise issues between genders, between nationalities and between generations(generation X and generation Y). This involves reconciliation of differences in thinking, neutralising prejudices and resolution of conflicts. What is to be driven home is the 'wake up call' to every one in the team that 'united they stand and survive' Keep posting your photos that teach us lessons of life.

Hello Nitin Sharma,
A beautiful piece of Nature thru your pics.
Keep it up !
However a small correction--IF I may.
The Line you mentioned from Lord Tennyson is actually this--it's from his poem 'The Charge of the Light Brigade': "Their's not to reason why, Their's but to do and die".

Hi TS,
Thanks for the feedback. Actually, I just wanted to keep the language non poetic. I guess that attempt made me put crux of those two line. Did it work? What do you think?
Many thanks for taking your time out to read & comment. Keep in touch.

Hello PBS Kumar,
It's NOT JUST about understanding management skills from nature--in fact nature has solutions to many problems/issues/situations we human beings face.
Also, Nature's contribution to our Technology progress has also been phenomenal, even though not widely known.
A case in point is 'Velcro Fastener' that we regularly use for every application that needs fastening & unfastening easily. It was developed during the 1940's when a scientist noticed a spider in the Amazon being able to walk upside-down on roofs without falling down. He studied it's legs & noticed the design--by Nature, obviously--that we now see in every Velcro fastener--hooked endings, rigid enough to hold/latch-on, BUT flexible enough to detach easily with just a pull.
There are scores of such examples that has made us what we are today, where Nature has contributed.
