Hi Guys,
Sharing an interesting article by Harvey Schachter on creating an effective team.
Talks about an interesting model of 4 different roles played by individuals in a team - Generator, Editor, Maker and Collaborator along with the dynamics resulting from their interactions in a team environment.
For those who do not want to download, you can also view the same here, A formula for an effective team - 4 different roles | Magic Of Teams

Dear Rakesh,
I do not really agree with what is mentioned in the article, particularly in India. Here, same person is expected to play different roles at different times.
Also building teams for a startup or an SME segment has different set of challenges which need changes in the whole eco-system.
Look forward to comments from others.
