Dear all
I was worked almost 2 years in a well known reputed textile industry. Now They are not signing my pf withdraw form 10 c & 19. Is there any other procedure to get my pf money back. I also tried for pf transfer but they denied it.

Dear shailushukla,
As you have mentioned that you tried to transfer your fund they denied it, how this can be possible..?? You may had send them the form for attestation..!!
If you wish to transfer the Old fund to your new EPF A/c then you can simply fill Form-13 and get it attested from your current employer and send it to EPFO Office, where your new account is maintained. Now, EPFO has also introduced a new online transfer scheme http://epfindia.com <link updated to site home> ]EPFO[/url] From here, you can claim online for transfer of fund. You can also send Form- 13 to your old employer through registered post and if they deny, you can lodge an complaint with EPF Commissioner also.
Apart from this, if you want withdraw your old PF Fund, then you can also send Form- 10C & 19 directly to concern EPF Office after attestation of signature from the Bank Manager, where your account is. But, as you are an EPF Member in your new organization also, I'll strongly advise you to get your fund transfer from old to new account, as while an EPF Member in new organization withdrawing EPF Fund of old account is illegal as per the act and it could attract legal action against you if it got caught while any audit in future.
Hope, this will help you. Cheers... :)
