HR is a vast subject and It is very much confused when comes to the Operational fied. The activities of a HR Professional is very much Important as well as sencitive as these are basically deal to Govt bodies.
The policies of HR is based on ethical, Legal, psychological, behavioural, norms. A small mistake may affect the repo of the Organisation.
So, be practical and go through the Social security Act and PF / ESI regulatiojs. It Is not possible to define by this way. Hay because, I wish you to understand the meaning, nature, scope, of PF /ESI not only to upload data as a cleark.
