Dear Nagalaxmi
Hope you got registered your marriage under Section 8 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955. If so you have the proof to produce to the company that you are the legal heir of the deceased. Further You must submit the details of family members and legal heir certificate to the HR department of your spouse's company.
Please clarify how you can have 3 months child and 8 months Pregnancy. It is confusing. If you clarify our members can guide you in the right direction.
