Hey Sagar,
I appreciate your efforts in making the model for HR professionals, however it would have even more impressive if u had made a competency model for an organization including all the positions,right from the jr staff to the vice president. It would have given a broader and much more transparent view to all the viewers.
I'm doing a project on the same, ie, i'm designing a competency model for an organizatio. Would certainly share the project as soon as i complete it..

actually its been done by senior members of NHRD like Dr.Pallabh,and others from cambridge asia,wipro and other
We had a presentation from Dr.pallabh in college reagrding the compmod model
as i learnt from the presentation that NHRD was very eager to chalk out the competency of the HR proffesionals in the organizations and its basic need is to pave the road for new HR fraternity to be a startegic HR in future and according to me if you go at later stage of the ppt it deals with KRA's and ASK of todays HR people.
there was no contribution from my part i just felt that it would be a great learning tool for us (HR)..
