I am running a company of security having total of 14 employee , following r my queries:-
1) Is it mandatory to deduct PF
2) Is it mandatory to deduct ESI contribution
3) Please provide me the SALARY SLIP FORMAT for if such deductions are not mandatory.

Dear Ravi ji,
I presume you are operating from Delhi. We are a security agency and you have total 14 SG & staff.
To your company, PF Act is not applicable since you have less than 20 employees. But, your such SGs should be covered under PF those who are deployed in PF covered establishments. Basically it is the duty and responsibility of PE to cover them under his code. However, the PE generally is not taking such responsibility to cover them under his code and insist the contractors to comply the PF & other social security schemes by them. He expect, if you need business from him, you should have your own social security code numbers and you do necessary compliance under your own code numbers.
ESI is applicable to your company since in Delhi the threshold limit is 10 and not 20.
Apart from PF & ESI, you should hold PASARA license.
