Dear sir,
we wrongly make provision and payment of bonus
we paid bonus to employees from last 2-3 years but this year we paid bonus to old employees and not make provision and payment to new comers. They all work from last 6 months only
what we do?
Please help us.

Pl. go through the Bonus Act, as per the act you should pay Bonus even for the employees who worked for 30 days and above hence whether you made provisions are not you need to pay Bonus & there is no other alternative.
