Dear seniors,
I am applying for home loan, they want form 16 from previous employer, that comes under last 2 years experience.
My present employer(aug 2012 to present) provided form 16 even though my salary is 1.95 LPA. my previous employer refused to give form 16 for apr 2011 to jul 2012. In my previous employment, my salary was 8000 per month, got through cash only W/O any salary slip. How can i ask them to provide form 16, it is mandatory for applying loan.
