Dear All,
The Escalation matrix format created(drafted by me), am working as "HR cum ADMIN Executive".
I would like to share this with you, "Escalation" is the format for new employees & for employees already working. The main aim of this "Escalation matrix" is a guide employees for resolving their daily activities/queries with concerned HR or Manager ( For not disturbing the DIRECTOR with every minute aspect ).

Guiding employees or making them stick to the rules is big task. So this way 90% of the task can be done and remaining 10% can be done through taking rounds in the office and make them implement until they are habituated.
