I am a training facilitator for a Catering organization.
Can anyone post me the ppt on SWOT Analysis?
It would be of great help as we need to do a SWOT analysis on our organization and assess ourselves, since the organization is seriously thinking in terms of diversification due to present slowdown in business.

SWOT analysis is a great way to look at your business.
You should also look at Porter's 5 Forces (Porter five forces analysis).
1 Threat of new entrants
2 Threat of substitute products or services
3 Bargaining power of customers (buyers)
4 Bargaining power of suppliers
5 Intensity of competitive rivalry
It will help in accessing the strengths and weaknesses of your business.
