The manual was too good. But one small suggestion if you don't mind, Its would be nice if you can streamline it and makes it simpler that every one can follow.

It is a very exhaustive write up and it is universal in its approach. Small business units can abridge the content to suite their business needs. The statutory needs are not exactly based on Indian Labor Laws and the Union Activities. It is a great attempt indeed
