I have submitted resignation which has been accepted with effect to serve notice period of 1 month and failure to it will attract Notice Period Recovery.

I served 8 days and for shortfall of 22 days I agreed to pay notice period.

Now even after making continuous request for early relieve date with readiness to buy notice period, I am not getting the early date, it says your last working date is 1 month after date of resignation and its your call to take last date, but from side it will not change....

Can anybody tell me if next employer is ready to get on-board even after relieve date is 20 days after on-boarding date, will be safer side for me as I am very clear to go on-board even if my relieve date is not accepted early!!!!

What could be possible consequences..as I will be getting relieve letter one day prior to completion of notice period.????

All that I could say is next employer is ready to take on-board, but I am confused that why my last working date from previous employer is not been changed despite of lot of request and valid reason(personal)????

If you serving Notice period of 1 month complete & if not ...read below..
1) Company have authority to give Kalti & not let u go early.
2) If u Leave the company without completing the Notice period then company might cut the salary in Full and Final settlements.
3) Company will not give you Experience letter..
4) Although if other company is ready to take you in without experience letter please dont that coz experience letter will be helpfull always whener u change jobs.., i would suggest you stay back & complete you one month & convince new organistaion to hold on for the notice days to be complete..
If this is done, then u would get proper exit from current company with Experience letter & Calculated Salary...
Feel free to be in touch out here:)
The same thing is been experienced by me... follow proper path & ha convince your New company to hold on till u complete your Notice period...
