This is Ravikumar. I am working as a HR Generalist in one of the Start up company. There is one candidate, his performance is not good. All ready we gave warning letter to him for more than 2 times. But he didn't proved himself. and please find the below queries.
1. Is it necessary to give experience letter ?
2. When we have to clear Final settlement ?
kindly suggest me anyone for termination procedure.

Pls give him the experience letter by "Keeping the his services is satisfactory", Pls do the F&F settlement for as per your company policy (as your doing the other employees)

But he is working as a permanent employee. In offer letter we mentioned 1 month notice period.
Is it possible to terminate him immediately or he has to serve notice period for 1 month ?

Dear Ravi, You can terminate the permanent employee also. Give him one month notice or you can terminate him immediatly but you need to pay one month salary to him. Which one is good for you.

How many months or years has that person worked? Let that person work till end of this month. If he has worked for lesser than one month then his monthly will salary in itself will be FnF settlement.
Have you allotted any company property to that person? If yes then withdraw it from him now itself.

How many months or years has that person worked? Let that person work till end of this month. If he has worked for lesser than one month then his monthly will salary in itself will be FnF settlement.

If we terminate the candidate then when we have to clear the Final settlement either last working day of the candidate or after one month According to the offer letter?
