Dear Seniors,
Could you please help in defining SKIP, PULSE, Gallop, 1 on 1 feedback, EWS and PMS ?
I have the little idea about these topic like SKIP is for Skip Level Meeting.
EWS- Early warning system
PMS-Performance Management System.
But what does Gallop and 1 on 1 feedback stands for ?
And how these terms are used ?
I would be if you share any word Doc or excel file based on it OR you can share your valuable thoughts on it.
