Dear All,
I have a query regarding ESIC. Suppose, an employee becomes out of coverage from ESIC w.e.f. April 2013 and his gross salary becomes 17000 per month. How to show this in the excel file which we upload to the ESIC portal to generate Monthly Challan?
Should we do the following?
After typing IP Number and IP name fields, we have to put 0 in the “No of days for which wages paid….”, 0 in the “Total monthly wages”, 4 in the “Reason Code…” & 31-03-2013 in the “Last Working Day” fields of the excel file.
Please guide me.
Thanks and regards,
S Sarkar
