Hi All... my Boss told me to make written agreement between employee and employer.... the points i want in that format are:
1. 10% of salary will be deduct if employee do not achieve target.
2. 10% of salary will be add on if employee achieve target before time or on time.

Please find below the text of appointment letter...

1. You will be paid gross salary of Rs. _____ (Rupees only) and any other allowances as may be decided by the Management from time to time.

2. You job is target based, on the performance of the target set by the company you will receive additional 10% of the salary and if you cannot reach the target date set by the company, the company will deduct 10% of salary, if you are acceptable to the terms and conditions, acknowledge the same with your signature and date.

3. You will be on probation for a period of one year. Once confirmed after one year, increment and increase in salary will be confirmed subject to satisfactory performance.

4. You will abide by the staff service, conduct and leave rules laid down and as Amended from time to time by the Management.

5. The appointment letter can be relinquished with one month’s notice on either side or one month’s salary in lieu of the same. Resignation during the instruction period will not be accepted.
