Do you mean e-recruitment or recruitment through the internet?
e-recruitment means employing a software inorder to screen resumes and performing combination etc.
Recruitment via internet means that posts are advertised through the internet (own website or other job sites) and collecting, screening and scruitnizing resumes all over the internet.
Internet recruitment is a vague term, because few things are done via internet and few others offline.
Normal or traditional recruitment is by advertising posts through media vehicles (print or electronic). Hard copy of resumes are collected and personally scrutinized for matchng profiles.
