Profession Tax is purely a state subject. Therefore, if any one is earning income by working in Hyderabad he is liable to pay profession tax at Hyderabad though pay processing takes place at Bombay. You can process profession tax of those who are working at clients' location at Hyderabad at the rate prescribed by Andra Pradesh and send it to Hyderabad for payment there. There is nothing wrong in remitting the same along with employees of your client.
